The present Civil Revision petition is filed for a direction to set aside the order passed on 17.03.2020 in I.A.No.180 of 2020 in O.S.No.95 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsiff Judge, Madavaram. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application was filed under Order II Rule 2 of CPC. Whereas notice has been ordered to the respondent and adjourned to some other date. On service of notice, the respondent has also entered into appearance.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the District Munsif, Madavaram to dispose of I.A.No.180 of 2020 in O.S.No.95 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of resumption of the physical hearing of the Court. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
