ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the transfer order in No.T.IX-1/2015-EC-1 dated 21.04.2015 issued by the fourth respondent and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the place of posting in the fourth respondent office.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
