AGNIHOTRI,J.,) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the illegal and unauthorised construction put up by the fourth respondent on a public street, viz., Karpaga Vinayagar Koil Street, Alandur, Madras-16.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the illegal and unauthorised construction put up by the fourth respondent on the public road, viz., Karpaga Vinayagar Koil Street, Alandur, Madras, has been removed.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
