ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file a final report of the case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2021 and file a Crime No.270 of 2021 on the file of the Guduvanchery Police Station, Chengalpattu District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondents have registered a case in the above said crime number on 02.04.2021, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents/police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondents/ police are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
