These Criminal Original Petitions were filed to call for the records in C.C.No.380 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode and quash the same

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29579 and 29585 of 2018

submitted that all these Criminal Original Petitions are filed challenging the criminal proceedings pending in C.C.No.380 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate III, Erode. He further submitted that the private complaint filed by the respondents/complainants in C.C.No.380 of 2011 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Erode was dismissed for non prosecution under section 256(i) of Cr.P.C. and the accused were acquitted on 05.05.2023.

3. Recording the same, these Criminal Original petitions are closed with liberty to petitioner(s) in all the Criminal Original Petitions to approach the trial court, in the event of complaint in C.C.No.380 of 2011 being restored by the trial court in future. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
