ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5920 of 2025 in an order dated 04.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5920 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 is relaxed.
