By order dated 26.10.2018, this Court has directed the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur @ Poonamallee, to dispose of the CRP.(NPD).No. 2914 of 2018 and CMP.No.17036 of 2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. But, the learned Judge had received the order copy on 03.12.2018 and in the said appeal, the learned counsel for the respondents entered appearance only on 11.01.2019 and filed I.A.No. 01 of 2019 on 02.02.2019, to receive the documents. Therefore, the learned Judge was not able to dispose of CRP.(NPD).No.2914 of 2018, within the stipulated period as per the direction of this Court. Therefore, the learned Judge has requested a further period of three months to dispose of the CRP.(NPD).No.2914 of 2018.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Judge, this petition is ordered as prayed for and a further period of three months is granted to the Court below to dispose of CRP.(NPD).No.2914 of 2018.
