Respondents in Tr.C.M.P.No.954/17 Prayer in Tr.C.M.P.No.953 of 2017:- This Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. praying to withdraw the appeal in A.S.No.19 of 2011, pending before the Subordinate Judge's Court at Tiruchengode and transfer the same to the Principal District Court at Namakkal to be heard along with the appeal in A.S.No.61 of 2004.
Prayer in Tr.C.M.P.No.954 of 2017:- This Petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. praying to withdraw the unnumbered appeal filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 24.03.2010 made in O.S.No.261 of 2007 of the Principal District Munsif Court at Tiruchengode and transfer the same to the Principal District Court at Namakkal to be heard along with the appeal in A.S.No.61 of 2004.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. He has also made an endorsement in the petitions to that effect.
