O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 11.04.2017, wherein and whereby, they sought for allotting of space to store the medicines and sell the same at the Old Government Hospital as contemplated under the 'Jan Aushadhi Scheme'.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

3. Though this matter was adjourned by directing the learned Special Government Pleader to find out as to whether the said Scheme is in force as on today or not, today it is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader that he could not get any instructions from the District Collector so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of only by directing the respondent to pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, also after considering the position with regard to the existence of the said Scheme as well as on today.
