Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of mandamus, directing the Inspector of Police, Bagalur Police Station, the first Respondent herein to give Police protection to the petitioner to construct a Home in her Patta Land allotted in Palavenapalli Village in Plot No.45 made in Na.Ka.No.2727/89 dated 21.01.2019 peacefully without any hindrance from the Second respondent and the people of Mavathur village.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.01.2022. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.14 of 2022, on the file of the respondent Police. 3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC

353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
