The appellant has moved an application to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as third respondent in the above second appeal.

2. There is no serious objection from the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Hence, having considered the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and having satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court deem it appropriate to allow this application. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
