COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed seeking to call for the records in C.C. Nos.377/2015, 379/2015, 378/2015 and 361/2015, respectively, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Namakkal and quash the same insofar as the petitioners. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The petitioners herein had filed Crl.OP.(MD) No.2816/2015 challenging the prosecution initiated against them under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and this Court, by a detailed order dated 28.03.2016, has dismissed the said quash petition.

In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in the aforestated Calendar Cases.
