O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the entire records of the first respondent relating to the registration of impugned registration of the Deed of cancellation of the Power of Attorney registered as document No.2779 of 2016 dated 24.06.2016 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
