O R D E R

This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of O.S.No.3997 of 2018 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the proceeding sheets of the Court below that the petitioner/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.3997 of 2018 seeking relief of declaration, title and perpetual injunction. After settling the issues, the evidence of the plaintiff came to be closed and the matter is posted for defendants's side evidence. However, since long time, the matter is not taken up for defendants's side evidence, on account of pendency of the interlocutory applications.

3. In view of the nature of the relief sought for in suit and taking into consideration the long pendency of the suit, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose off O.S.No.3997 of 2018, as expeditiously as Page No.2/4

possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
