Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned Refusal Check Slip No.16/23, dated 28.03.2023 issued by the 7th respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 7th respondent to register the Settlement Deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his daughter Nivetha insofar relate to house site situated in S.No.8/1 and 8/2, Uppilipalayam Village, Coimbatore South Taluk, Coimbatore District to the extent of 1200 sq.ft along with building presented on 27.03.2023 and return the original settlement deed to the petitioner.
