ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the appeal.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been contended that the judgment copy of the Award was misplaced by the office of the Transport Corporation while settlement talks were going on. It is also contended that the respondent/claimant filed an appeal in CMA No.2965 of 2025.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent is also present. Heard both learned counsels. The delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter along with CMA No.2965 of 2025 in the usual course.
