2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2015, with the Inspector of Police, Team XX, EDF-III, CCB, Chennai.

4. Under such circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Team XX, EDF-III, CCB, Chennai is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
