seeking stay of all further proceedings in I.A.No.189 of 2018 in O.S.No.301 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathy (I.A.No.559 of 2011 in O.S.No.31 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Namakkal) pending disposal of A.S.No.40 of 2009 which is an appeal against a final decree in a connected suit. The trial Court had dismissed the application.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran learned counsel appearing for the respondent herein would submit that A.S.No.40 of 2009 was transferred to Sub Court, Paramathy and renumbered as A.S.No.4 of 2018 and the same was disposed of on 18.12.2019 itself and therefore nothing survives in the revision.

3. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
