The petitioner is said to have purchased a land in the year 2006 by a registered document dated 10.02.2006. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation on 16.07.2015 seeking issuance of patta. On non issuance of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
