This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case for the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2014 which is pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been given by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police in the year 2014.

4. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person and give a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
