C.M.P.No.7097 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in the CRP.

2. C.M.P.No.7098 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the abatement of proceedings in the CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.7099 of 2016 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 3 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the CRP.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
