Ashok Leyland Limited(Foundry Division) v. M/S Ezhil Hospital

C.M.P.No.9862 of 2019 and S.A.No.198 of 2012 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the appellant and substitute the name of Ashok Leyland Limited (Foundry Division) Ennore, Chennai-600 058 in the place of the Hinduja Foundries Limited.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in entertaining the petition.

3. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit appended to the petition, they being acceptable and in the interest of justice, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments accordingly.

Post the matter on 26.04.2019.
