ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 passed in Crl.M.P.No.466 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2024 by order dated 19.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.466 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
