ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed by the claimant seeking to withdraw 50 % of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ claimant that the claimant is taking continuous medical treatment for the injuries suffered by him and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. It is also submitted that the claimant had also filed an appeal questioning the quantum.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the claimant requires continuous medical treatment and the expenses is incurred towards the same, permission is granted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. 4.The III Additional District Court/MACT at Erode is directed to permit withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.284 of 2022 in accordance with law.
