3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in filing the above CRPSR.Nos.52935 of 2026 and 52964 of 2026, are condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
