(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The 1st respondent has granted licence to quarry earth soil to the 3rd respondent in S.No.115, No.46, Thaiyur village, Kancheepuram District for the period from 21.04.2010 to 20.05.2010. The allegation in the present writ petition is of breach of the terms of the licence, which persuaded the Court on 30.04.2010 to grant an interim order to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent, if any of the licence conditions were violated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Pleader states that the period of licence has already expired and the writ petition has become infructuous.
