CRIME NO.154/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9442 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9442 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 395 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.154 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
