This petition has been filed to record the petitioner herein i.e. 4th respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 3rd and 5th respondents in the above Writ Appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent is legal heir of the 3rd and 5th respondents in the writ appeal. In view of the same, C.M.P.No.9923 of 2019 is ordered.
