This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2017 made in W.P. No. 22626 of 2009.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.S.Murthy, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3. The said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General on behalf of the respondents is not disputed and in fact, it is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he would also submits that, the orders of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, since no further issue is pending in this Contempt Petition for adjudication, this Contempt Petition is closed.
