This petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the petitioner herein/4th respondent as below Nipun N.Mehta S/o.Navanit S.Mehta New Poornima Apartments, B-Wing, 5th Floor, 23, Peddar Road, Near Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai-400026 instead of Nipun N.Mehta S/o.Navanit S.Mehta A/6/1, Thirupathi Apartments, Opp. Mahalakshmi Temple, Warden Road, Mumbai-400026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, C.M.P.No.9928 of 2019 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
