This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition as imposed in Para No.5 of the order made in Crl. M.P. No. 475 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.65/2024dated01.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time to comply the condition as imposed in Para No.5 of the order made in Crl.M.P.No.475 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.65/2024 dated 01.07.2024, is extended till 16.06.2025, failing which, the order dated 01.07.2024 stands cancelled automatically and the police officials are at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner to comply the order of conviction and sentence imposed by the Trial Court and the Appellate Court. 10-06-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes bkn Note to Office: Issue order copy today.
