On 21 July, 2015, the matter was adjourned to 28 July, 2015, to enable the petitioner to supply the complete details of number of students and teachers from I to V, VI to VIII and from IX to XII in Leo Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Thereafter, on 28 July, 2015, again the matter was adjourned to three weeks at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Subsequently, on 20 August, 2015, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the petitioner has failed to comply with the order as aforestated. Again, on 18 September, 2015, the position remained the same. The matter is again taken up today, without any further improvement. Thus, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with a complete details as aforestated, if so advised. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
