C.M.P.No.10561 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1428 days in setting aside abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent namely, Dhanabal.
2.C.M.P.No.10553 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent namely, Dhanabal.
3.C.M.P.No.10554 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, Dhanabal, and array them as respondents 6 to 8 in the above second appeal.
4.I heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, for the appellants and Mr.T.Sezhian for the proposed respondents 4 to 6.
