ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in the Revision Petition in Na.Ka. 4203/2012/J1 submitted by her in accordance with law, within a time frame.

3. Mr.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the Revision Petition before the 1st respondent as early as in the year 2011, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Petition and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
