Once again on 05.08.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and the matter was posted for hearing on 07.08.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Despite the above writ petition listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. Since the petitioner has not represented his case on three consecutive occasions, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute his case. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
