The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18880 of 1/4
2019 dated 17.07.2019.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that investigation was completed and referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai. Taking the same on file, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, has passed an order on 07.06.2024 taking the closure report on file.
3.In the light of the above discussion, no further order can be passed in the contempt petition.
