PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.H.2/Tha/Pa/93/2013 dated 26.11.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent not to deduct any amount from the pension amount of the petitioner.
