ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15264 of 2013, thereby directing the second respondent to promote the petitioner notionally from the year 2002 to 2003 and accordingly refix her scale of pay and pay the arrears and settle all monetary benefits to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent by an order dated 15.07.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 15.07.2024 before this Court.
