(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is an application for condonation of delay of 388 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned senior counsel for the applicant; Mr.R.Chittibabu, learned counsel for the first respondent and, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent.

3. Learned counsels for the respondents oppose the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

4. We have gone through the application. Administrative reasons are given for the delay.

5. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 388 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
