ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.15942/2022/O2 dated 17.05.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties have been purchased by the petitioner vide sale deed dated 16.04.2010. While so, the seventh respondent is said to have made a representation to the third respondent on 02.11.2021 alleging that the property comprised in S.No.30/2D and 2F are ancestral properties of the respondents 7 to 10 for which the petitioner's predecessors in title and the petitioner filed their objection before the third respondent. The third respondent without considering the objection filed by the petitioner and his predecessor in title removed the name of the petitioner in the patta. As against the same, the petitioner along with his predecessor in title filed a revision before the second respondent on 17.05.2022 and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 17.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties interested, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 3/5
