O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.08.2018, the Court guardian submitted that no remuneration was paid. This Court has directed the Registry to verify the records and also ascertain as to whether any remuneration is paid to the Court Guardian.

2. Registry has submitted a report that the remuneration does not arise at all.

3. Therefore, today, when the matter is called, the Court Guardian has stated that no remuneration was paid. There is no representation for the respondent also. Hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.
