ORDER

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.32602 of 2024, 2142 & 2138 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.32602 of 2024, 2142 & 2138 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
