The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.7 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.61 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam.

3. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
