Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2017 and 18.07.2017, in the light of the orders of the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.No.31 P & AR Department dated 01.03.2017 and in U.O.Note No.37433/USpl/201333, P & AR Department dated 04.07.2017, within a reasonable period of time.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.04.2017 and 18.07.2017, in the light of the orders of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
second respondent in G.O.Ms. No.31, P & AR Department dated 01.03.2017, and in U.O.Note No.37433/USpl/2013-33, P & AR Department dated 04.07.2017.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the rights of the writ petitioner was already crystallized in the Government order and also appropriate orders has to be issued in this regard. The writ petitioner has also submitted representations in this regard on 19.04.2017 and 18.07.2017 but the same are yet to be considered. 3.
Thus, without going into the merits of the case, first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 19.04.2017 and 18.07.2017 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
