It seems that, initially the petitioner Trust was represented by Ukkirapani Mudaliar, who was the President of the Trust, after his demise, one T.B. Subramina Mudaliar has become the Secretary of the Trust and he wants to represent the petitioner Trust. Hence, the change is necessary in the cause title. Therefore, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to accepts the cause title in the present Miscellaneous Petition.
