The revision was listed on 25.07.2016, there is no representation and directed to be posted on 26.07.2016. Again the revision was posted on 26.07.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this court directed the Registry to post the revision on 01.08.2016, under the caption "for dismissal", the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list. Even today, i.e, 01.08.2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
