ORDER

The writ petition had been initially filed seeking directions against the first respondent to call for the records of G.O (1-D) No.242, dated 02.06.2014 issued by the 1 st respondent and quash the same. But, however, it is evident that there was an earlier Government Order in G.O (1-D) No.242, dated 02.06.2014 issued by the first respondent relating to the seniority list, which would also have to be examined by the Court. In this circumstances, this application has been filed seeking to amend the prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Taking all factors into consideration, this petition is allowed. Registry to amend the writ petition in accordance with the relief sought for in W.M.P. No. 13270 of 2025.
