It is to be noted that the petitioner is requested to stay the proceedings in O.S.No.118 of 2014 by approaching this Court belatedly and considering the facts and circumstances that though the main Civil Revision is being taken up, the request of the petitioner for stay of the proceedings O.S.No.118 of 2014 is dismissed.
