2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has withdrawn the proceedings filed by him in HMOP.No.3000 of 2021. Hence, the prayer in this transfer civil miscellaneous petition has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
