This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the following portion is included as Paragraph No.'5' in the order dated 21.07.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.535/2025 :

" 5. In view of the payment of entire cheque amount by the petitioner directly to the respondent, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount which was already deposited to the credit of the trial Court by way of an application. The trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the said amount without ordering any notice to the respondent."

4. Further, the Paragraph No.5 in the above order shall read as Paragraph No.6. In all other aspects, the order dated 21.07.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.535/2025, remains unaltered.
